We want getting started at our club to be simple and stress-free!
Term fees are due within 2 weeks of starting classes, and an annual registration fee (covering insurance and Gymnastics Victoria affiliation) is required before your child’s first class.
Registration ensures your child has a place in their class. If you have any questions or concerns about fees, our friendly treasurer is always happy to help — just reach out!
PAYMENTS TYPES Our preferred methods are BPay (credit card or direct deposit), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or direct deposit into the club account. Please remember to use your surname and invoice number as a reference.
- We do not have EFTPOS facilities for fee payments.
- Cash is not accepted for registration or term fees.
- Fees should be paid using the options listed on the electronic invoice sent to families.
- late payments may incur a small late fee per gymnast, per term. You can view the full Fees Policy on our website under the Policies tab.

*Casual Sessions/Come & Try must be cleared with Head Coach before attending. A fee is required for attendance for any casual or C&T sessions.
