Step into Gym
Step into Gym is a program designed for 4-6year olds who are not yet at school but want to take their gymnastic skills to the next level. Step into Gym does not require active parental participation but we do ask you stay to observe the session (from the allocated seating) and encourage your child during the session. Step into gym will teach your child the basic of gymnastics including bu not exclusively shapes (rocket, star, tuck), skills (swinging, landing, rolling), techniques (how to master a skill properly), gymnastic language and everyday skills such as taking turns and following instruction.
Step into Gym is currently running on Monday and Thursday mornings between 11.30am-12.30pm.
“Gymnastics taught me everything – life lessons, responsibility and discipline and respect.” Shawn Johnson
