2025 – Welcome!

Welcome back to our returning gymnasts and ninjas and WELCOME to all of the new families for 2025. Regular classes are scheduled to begin on Monday 3rd February.

Please note that due to Child Safe, NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS are to be taken during training. We ask that you please respect this and work with us to keep our gymnasts safe.

All gymnasts must have their own NAMED drink bottle for training. NO CUPS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DRINKS. Bottles of water can be purchased from the canteen if you forget.

As gymnasts arrive, they need to complete any tasks that need to be done, (toilet, change, fill water bottle etc.…) and wait on the seats until their coach calls them for warm up.

A reminder for gymnasts to please store all bags either under the front row of seats or on the top row of the seating area. This allows plenty of room for spectators. Parents are very welcome to stay and watch.

If parents do leave, please ensure you come into the gym to collect your child. Children are not allowed to wait outside to be collected unsupervised. Please also ensure that any siblings playing outside of the gym are actively supervised.

The club runs a canteen where drinks and some snacks are available. We also have a microwave, kettle, and a sandwich press which you are welcome to use to heat up meals for gymnasts.

At times extreme weather and unforeseen circumstances may impact on classes. We will provide updates via team app if this occurs, please monitor this for updates.

Has your child or you ever considered starting gymnastics? You can complete an online Expression Of Interest form (located under the FORMS tab). The expression of interest form allows us to notify you as soon as possible of any places that are available.

Ninja Classes

Extra Ninja classes starting in Term 2 2023! Jumping, climbing, swinging and circuit challenges for everyone. To enroll go to www.natigym.com.au/forms/ and fill in the expression of Interest form online. If there is a space available, we’ll get in touch.

Adult Gymnastics

We are excited to be once again offering Adult Gymnastic Classes.
Classes are running on Wednesday Nights from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.
Adult gym involves a combination of strength, fitness and gymnastics skills all in a fun social environment. 
Run by a qualified coach but also guided by participants needs.
Expression of interest forms can be found under the forms tab on the website or message our Facebook Page for further information.
Please note you will be required to provide a working with children check as part of the child safe standards when commencing this class.

Step into Gym

Step into Gym is a program designed for 4-6year olds who are not yet at school but want to take their gymnastic skills to the next level. Step into Gym does not require active parental participation, but we do ask you stay to observe the session (from the allocated seating) and encourage your child during the session. Step into gym will teach your child the basic of gymnastics including but not exclusively shapes (rocket, star, tuck), skills (swinging, landing, rolling), techniques (how to master a skill properly), gymnastic language and everyday skills such as taking turns and following instruction.
Step into Gym is currently running on Monday morning between 11.30am-12.30pm.

N&DGC now has an App!

N&DGC has created an App. The app is available for download for Apple and Android devices.

You can submit online EOI’s, Notice of Non-return, comp entry forms, Chalk uniform orders, and more via our app and our website. Online forms are accessible via the corresponding menu options.

The App is still a work in progress but we are hoping this will replace Team App in the future.

Uniform Orders for 2025 will open in the beginning of Term 1.
