Notice of non-return MUST NOT be given verbally to a N&DGC coach or committee member. No refunds will be issued if the notice of non-return is received after the 2nd week of term (unless a medical certificate is submitted). If you submit a notice of non-return within the first 2 weeks of term, you will be invoiced the casual rate for those 2 weeks, whether you attend or not. Any outstanding fees may incur a $20 late fee and be referred to a third party debt collection agency. Forms must be received ASAP to avoid being sent a term invoice, and to allow the gym to fill any vacancies prior to the beginning of Term. You may be contacted in the future to complete a feedback survey to assist improving gymnast experiences at N&DGC.
