New gymnasts to N&DGC are asked to fill in an Expression of Interest form (EOI) as a first step to beginning gym at our club.
You can click on the link below to fill in the online Expression of Interest form. Once we have received your form, we will be in touch if there are spaces available. If there are no spaces available, your name will be placed on a class waiting list. When a place becomes available, we will be in touch (either by email or phone).
*New – N&DGC are trialing online EOI’s. You can click the button below to submit an EOI online. Feedback on this trial would be greatly appreciated.
What to do next?
Once you have received confirmation from N&DGC Head Coach that there is a place available, you will be instructed to fill in a registration form – either Kindergym/Step-into-gym, competition gym, or non-competition gym (includes Skills classes, adult gym, ninja). Fill in the relevant online registration form (below) and submit it. You will receive a confirmation email. You will then be invoiced via email and you are right to begin gym classes.

Notice of Non-Return
Submit an online Gymnast Non-Return form to alert N&DGC of any participant who no longer wishes to participate in N&DGC classes. Notice must be given in writing via the online form, NOT verbally to a coach or committee member.
Please note, NO refunds will be issued if the notice of non-return is received after the 2nd week of term (unless a medical certificate is submitted). If a notice of non-return within the first 2 weeks of term, you will be invoiced the casual rate for those 2 weeks, whether you attend or not.
Forms must be received ASAP to avoid being sent a term invoice, and to allow the gym to fill any vacancies prior to the beginning of Term.
